Director of Operations for The Gelinas Group, Dominic is inspired by serial entrepreneurs and as a young entrepreneur himself, he knows firsthand the importance of understanding the language of business: accounting, balance sheet, capitalized v. expensed, debt to equity ratios, inventory turnover, job costing!  While he is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, he is thrilled at the opportunity to use his technical knowledge combined with his natural entrepreneurial spirit to assist other business in translating the “numbers” on their financial statements into an understandable business conversation they can relate to.  Dominic thrives on identifying opportunities to improve a business’ bottom line, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve defined goals. Dominic is a forward thinker and brings younger generations perspective to businesses all impacted by those younger generations in our market place today. As Director of Operations, Dominic’s goal is to ensure the accuracy and quality of accounting services provided by The Gelinas Group. Born and raised in South Florida, Dominic loves the Miami Dolphins and Florida Panthers. During free time, he likes fishing the Treasure Coast shorelines and going camping with his beautiful family.
